[olug] Cox SMTP Relay / Alternitives

I use my Gmail for sending at home for alerts and whatnot, or mailgun for
the enterprise, but most of my stuff is cloud anymore, so I need mailgun,
since Google blocks mail ports. It's free for under 30,000 emails or so.
