Yeah I realized the folly of my question moments after I asked it.. for some reason I was thinking LTE was a home based service.. but then remembered it's just Verizon's wireless high speed access.
And yes the download limits just kill this thing, and if general ISP's ever go to a limit, I think the internet will be all but dead.

Depends on what you are using it for?  The 4G LTE is for cellphones.  
Cox ultimate is 50 Mbit and has latency acceptable for FPS gaming but you can't carry it in your pocket.
4G LTE look like it will work for not FSP games.  Way better latency that Sprints 4G.
Tested at 102nd and I @ 20Mbit down 5Mbit up with a Thunderbolt.
