[olug] running linux on dual CPUs

CentOS is smart enough to install an SMP kernel for the box.  So you 
don't have to worry about it.  But apps do need to be threaded to take 
advantage of an SMP system.  If not, then you can run 2 non-threaded 
apps @ the same time and get good performance for each as well.
