[olug] LILO is broken? How to make vga=extended work

Oops, the serial port speeds in lilo and inittab should match.  9600 will always work, but may get some lag when there's
a lot of screen output.  Just experiment with higher settings.  I haven't been able to reliably use anything higher than
38400.  Your terminal program may also affect your decision...
