[olug] [OT - kinda] adobe connect

So I am running ubuntu 11.10 as my primary desktop and a win-blows XP
system installed in
virtual box 4.1.8.   I recently decided to attend some webinars and they
for whatever reason
require adobe connect.  Here are my issues:


   1. I tried and kinda successfully installed the adobe connect addon into
   Firefox on ubuntu.
   The issue is that it never "verifies itself"  correctly and sporadically
   works.  Other times
   not so much.   I personally would rather go this route, but IU need some
   adobe debugging
   steps.  I tried going the adobe route for assistance, but their party
   line is "only supported
   on 10.04"
   2. My win-blows VM was originally stood up for GoToMeeting.  Using this
   box I can get adobe
   connect to work correctly but the audio is sketchy.  I don't mind this
   route but I could not
   find a viable enough solution as I might be the only person on Earth
   running connect in a VM.

Any assistance or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
