Unfortunately, it's not that simple.

If you're in the general area of 108th & Q, you can get VDSL from
Qwest/CenturyLink at either 40Mbps or 20Mbps. They may have expanded
their VDSL coverage area since I last checked a year ago.

*If* they offer service in your area, the fastest you *might* get is
7Mbps. If you live in an older neighborhood (like I do, the house is
just over 50 years old), you won't even get that - 3Mbps is your max.
