[olug] [OT] Cisco 1548M freezing upon initial bootup

Off topic, but there are a few on the list that can vector me in the best
direction.

I picked up a Cisco 1548M micro switch 10/100 real cheap. Bring it home,
plug it in & boot it up:

I answer the 'continue' question with either a 'y' or 'Y'; and either way
nothing happens - the switch just sits there.

Thoughts? My google-foo has failed me with this task.
