UPS, Fed-Ex, what's the difference.  Just kidding.  We are installing a
backup generator and transfer switch as I type this to supplement our
UPS system.  Took 4 years to get fully approved, but maybe I can get
some sleep during nightime thunderstorms, instead of waiting for my
pager to go off.

A UPS should be a no-brainer.
