Hey Everybody,

Hope everybody is having a good new year and enjoying all of the works that are entering the public domain today.

Works from 1923 are entering the public domain.  This will be the first large public domain release in about 20 years.

Couple of things entering the public domain

Robert Frost's (poem) - Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening
Harold Lloyd's (film) - Safety Last - famous for the clock scene
George Schrimpf's (painting) - Still Live with Cat
Robert Delaunay's (painting) - Helice

A bunch of Felix the Cat cartoons
And a lot more
This tradition will hopefully continue from now on :-) Will be interesting to see what happens between now and 2024 when Steamboat Willie will enter the public domain or if copyright will be extended again.
