Use a LiveCD test.
Unlikely, but a non configured Watch Dog Timer has done this to me, but
usually more uniform power cycle time.
egrep -R -i '(WD|wdt|tco)' /var/log/*
Is there any vPro or IPMI or DRAC or iLO on the system that could give you
some meta information as to the problem? IPMI also has watch dog timers.

Swap out the PS, see if it runs well with it swapped. You could also try
disconnecting the (spare?) drives and see if it runs fine with just one
drive, possibly booted off a USB thumbdrive or other non-SATA/IDE/etc drive
