[olug] Encryption software?

The state recommends CYPHERIX for encrypting things between them and their
parties.

Anyone ever used this?  Their website is kinda sketch and the app is
flagged as malware by our security software packages.  Just wanted some
other opinions if anyone has seen/used it previously.
