[olug] FreeNAS presentation follow-up

Aric, your presentation might finally get me back to setting up a NAS at
home.  Had not realized how much FreeNas had drastically changed.

FreeNasTeam recommended Western Digital Red (do not remember if "Red" or
"Red Pro")  NASWare harddrives but happened to picture a 3TeraByte drive.
BackBlaze specifically recommended against 3TeraByte drives as they had
significantly more errors across multiple manufacturers with 3TB drives
than 2TB or 4TB drives.
