[olug] git frontends

On the backend, we use Active Directory integrated gitorious.org, but
mostly from Linux and cygwin, not so much from Windows natively.  Web
editing and commitals do not exist in this more than year old version.
But it was just announced Gitorious has been acquired by GitLab.com.  The
GitLab screenshots indicate web based editing of files is possible.  GitLab
requires paying for ADS integration at about $20.00/user/year.
