I generally use the PowerShell command line, but other developers at work
use Git Extensions <http://code.google.com/p/gitextensions/> on Windows 7.
Phil Haack has a good guide to setting up PowerShell with Git at
http://haacked.com/archive/2011/12/13/better-git-with-powershell.aspx/.
