Hotlines Inc. (www.partshotlines.com) is a well established (15 years)
business providing information services to the automobile recycling
industry. We are looking for an experienced (5 years min) customer support
representative who is proficient in Windows (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8,
Windows Server 2003-2008) in a commercial client/server environment.

Applicants require 3-5 years experience in corporate LAN/WAN
troubleshooting, configuration of Firewalls, Routers, Subnetting, IPv6, DNS
Virtualization, documentation, site to site, as well as client to site
VPN's and dealing with ISPs, fiber is also a plus. Job responsibilities may
also include troubleshooting and setting up MySQL replication, servers,
system backups, and general back-end network support for our existing
infrastructure, running CentOS(5,6), BSD, Xenserver/VMWare EXSI, Zen Load
Balancer, HAProxy, Barracuda NG network products, and SIP Phone systems.
