[olug] [OT] sort of... ISP help

My brothers contract with centrylink (CL from here on is up for his
business.  Currently COX will NOT come to his block which is how
he got on CL.  CL is supposedly only able to offer a 1M download
pipe.  and if he renews it, his rate will go up.

Does anyone know of any good alternate providers?

Currently he's looked at:

   - NetZero (no show)
   - HughesNet (pricey but cheaper then CL

For point of reference, his shop is in bellevue.  YES COX will NOT support
