The only thing I can think of is setting up a Python script to output commands directly to a server console. I don't know how that would work, though, because I haven't run my own server yet. I do know you would have to know all the commands available in order to make it work. If you haven't already, I suggest checking out the page about commands on minecraft.gamepedia.net to see what you have available.
