[olug] Upgrading to Ubuntu 13.10?

I had a somewhat fresh install of 13.04 (kubuntu) and did the upgrade to
13.10. I have had some odd slow downs. system becoming unresponsive.
had to downgrade what kernel i was booting off of because of odd hardware
issues with wireless dropping. keyboard mouse becoming unresposive, so I am
now back at 3.8.0-19-generic #30-Ubuntu SMP
see how it goes
