It's inconvenient, but I wouldn't say it's terrifying.  You'd just
need to get the logs from your central log host.  You are sending all
your server's logs to central log host, aren't you?  How else are you
going to centrally monitor, archive, alert on, and search (Splunk?)
all of your logs? ;-)
