You need a decent non-PAE install. 10.04 is about to go bye-bye. :(_

Anyone want to recommend a decent, Debian based, single CD, non-PAE distro?
I've got a number of machines that don't support PAE and installing 12.04
on them is a pain. Only reliable way so far is to go 10.04 new and the
upgrade to 12.04 and only use 2d -- actually I go xubuntu-desktop soon as I
get to 12. Then I fire up the trinity of Sublime, Terminator and Chrome.
Then I go to work. Unity is so screwed up with their anchored -
multi-monitor support. AAAAArrrrgh.

Best,
Jeff
p.s. 1366x768 panels annoy the heck out of me too!
