This looks like what used to happen with old versions of fuse.  A reboot "should" remove that.  If not, then boot to runlevel 2, fsck that partition, mount it and look to see if it's still there.  Oh, make sure the cdrom drive is empty of course.

BTW, is it really 4 years old?
