[olug] Mobo without the network pain

It's time to upgrade again.   I'm looking for a motherboard that works well 
with the latest linux versions.   Reading the Newegg reviews, I've seen a lot 
of complaints about the latest onboard NIC's not playing well with linux. I 
would like to avoid those problems.   Price range is sub $200, AMD or Intel 
are both options.   If you've put together something that worked well for you, 
please let me know.
