I decided to attempt to bite the bullet and work with Unity on Ubuntu,
which follows a similar UI pattern. So far, haven't thrown a keyboard.
Operates similar to OSX, which I've been using for work, so, that could be
a contributing factor.
I hate drastic changes like this as much as the next guy, but decided to
give it two weeks and see if it grows on me.
