Just a quick update.   It was a hectic week, so I didn't get back to my lab 
until last night.   Changing hard drives made no difference.  I rebooted about 
2 minutes into a replay.   

Next step.  Try a couple of different video cards to eliminate the Dell 
onboard video. 


The search continues.....
