[olug] Custom building desktop

I have a client that needs a new desktop. She is an "older" lady, not 
very computer savvy. Basically needs internet access, email access and 
some photo storage. The current flat screen display, keyboard, mouse and 
printer all would be fine. Her current computer is a 6 year old Dell 
Dimension P4 running Windows XP.

Would Ubuntu be a possibility?
