I believe that is space only, but my recollection is fuzzy. Your best
bet is to contact a sales dude. I do know that MDC (Midlands Data
Center, near 84th & Hwy 370) is cheaper than STC (CoSentry's facility in
the old Southroads).

As for Joe's and IPv6, the "rolling out in the coming months" part has
been ongoing for 6+ months. Don't hold your breath :(
