Hmm, I saw that 2 and thought of it as bad author error. From a lot of book and others things they left that 2. 

I am mostly a Debian / Ubuntu user but work with the group that create the talking Fedora install disks for blind users. I don't think the 2 kernel will have drivers for most relatively current hardware. 

Do we know why it requires 2?
