[olug] Wiki for non techies...

I am probably risking my linux geek license with this, but when
dealing with non-techies sometimes the UI can make or break your
adoption.  MS Sharepoint Foundation 2010 has wikis and it's free.  It
has some limitations but if you have Windows users it'd probably look
fairly familiar.
