I am finally getting serious about datacenter management, especially change control.  I am in the process of designing a QA process for our datacenter that involves project prequalification, change control, and post-project sign-off.  Before I start from scratch on a doc, I thought I might ping you guys in case you have a template for something like this.  Most likely I will need to customize it to fit our needs.  Not much found on the search sites.

Anyone have a good one that they could email me off list at rhurley at tenaska.com?
