I have the Nexus One on ATT. Haven't had much difficulty lately (last year)
with dropped calls, tethering and hotspot w/phone has yet to incur
additional charges. Their 3G seems to out-perform all others round the Big
   O.

+1 for Sprint, I have a non-rooted EVO(luv it!!) and my wife has the Samsung M
oment (suks), but the service has always been good to us. I'm using PDAnet on
both phones, not the fastest but always works.
