[olug] VMWare Player vs VirtualBox

Xenserver now.  I was running Xen initially, before Xenserver existed.  It
is helpful to be familiar with the Xen CLI.  Citrix has added a lot of
nifty interface things.

I wasn't too happy when they switched Xenserver from Debian to CentOS, but
that is just a personal preference.
