[olug] Google phases out Microsoft Windows use

Windows still isn't as secure as any particular flavor of *nix. I believe
you can administer Windows well to make it pretty secure, but I think part
of the problem stemmed from the fact that Google got hit with IE-specific
exploits.

I've been told that in the past Google was pretty lax in letting you run
whatever OS and software you wanted to do your job, but if you're running
IE, expect to get hit at some point in time.
