[olug] couple Xubuntu questions

Set up the kids' computer with Xubuntu last week, working pretty nicely for
them so far.  I do have a couple questions though.

1. It seems that wifi connections are established on a per-login basis.  How
do I get it established at boot time, so that the WEP key doesn't have to be
put in for every user?

2. I can't get xscreensaver to run at the login screen.
