First, as of my last look a few months ago. MagicJack did not support Linux or plan to.
If you are calling mostly people on Skype (aka Skipe-to-Skype calls) then there are various devices that are wireless handsets or ATA type boxes.
If you are looking for International calling, shop the carriers to make sure you are getting the best deal to the country you are calling.
