[olug] Ubuntu 10.4 boot question

Definitely just reinstall GRUB.  When you installed windows it
over-wrote the MBR (Master Boot Record) on the Hard Drive... that's
the area where the information pointing to a boot device is stored.
I've never done it with GRUB2, used by Ubuntu 10.4, but I've done it
many times with GRUB - it wasn't that difficult.  This guide looks
like a good start, though someone with more GRUB2 experience might
want to chime in on this one.  If that first set of commands works for
GRUB2, then installing GRUB2 is even easier than installing GRUB.
