[olug] Video editor to alter audio levels

I think you'll have a two-step process:
1: Strip out the audio and have have Audacity increase the volume (say
10x).
2: Lay the new 10x audio track over the video (muted).
I'm not a Cinelerra/Kdenlive user so I can't give you specific details...
