TownCommons.com is a startup at the Scott Tech Center looking to hire a
coder for 3 months (immediately through March 31), for about 20 hours/week.

Our business helps users create, share, and organize local information.

The job specs are:

*Required Skills*

   - Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Web Standards
   - Basic understanding of Python
   - Enthusiasm for finding the right solution
   - Ability to rapidly adapt to new technology

*Desired Skills*

   - Experience with editing on Wiki's
   - Experience with running or extending Mediawiki
   - Experience with jQuery
   - Interested in working in a small company environment
   - Self motivated and able to work independently
   - Ability to juggle competing demands and prioritize projects
