My Windows LiveID login says
"Your account has been temporarily blocked"
(I assume it was hacked)
I changed the password ... etc.
It still says blocked.
it then says
"Enter a mobile number to receive a verification code"
When I put it is it says is doesn't work....
I click support I get, access denied.
Microsoft doesn't provide phone support for Windows LiveID.
If you call
http://www.microsoft.com/about/companyinformation/usaoffices/northcentral/en/us/omaha.aspx
.......you get the No Frills on 132nd and center.....
My most frequented grocery store.
So basically the only method I have to login to my volume licensing and
MSDN subscription is broken.
I think it is kinda fked up.
