+1 for OpenSuSE. I have used that and like Yast as something nice to fall back on when having trouble remembering the command to do from the command line. Been using it for years so I also second the "whatever you are comfortable with" statement.

I think Yast makes openSUSE the easiest. If you're already familiar with
another distro, then your mileage may vary.
