i like your attitude, dude.
yes, as long as your device works as a true wireless bridge, it will work
with or without a hub/switch.
if you have DHCP set up correctly on your router/WAP, it should dish out
address(es) across the bridge. as an alternative, you could also go with a
static IP if you know the range you are working with.
i strongly suggest you become familiar with the nmap utility to get the most
out of your adventure. many tutorials out there. gl
