[olug] Squid-DansGuardian follow-up

Correction to my talk on squid and dans guardian.  To my current
knowledge, you cannot set up customized phraselists per person.  If
someone is authenticated and you don't want to block them, you can add
their username to exceptionuserlist and dansguardian will let them see
everything.
