I can't help, but I'd be surprised if if you found anything other than "we
have a fiber drop in city X."

Right after 9/11, a co-worker of mine (Hi David!) needed to check on
redundant power availability to a new office building.  He was persistent
and diligent and kept trying the OPPD offices and working different angles
and contacts.  I don't know the full story, but I believe our management was
contacted by OPPD officials questioning why we really needed that sort of
"secret" information.  Apparently his inquiries set off some concern within
the OPPD offices...
