I used to work as a hardware troubleshooting/repair/warranty guy for Inacom
who was a joint manufacturer for IBM.

Believe it or not IBM sent us a plain wood handled ball-peen hammer as a
tool for their servers (to knock out blanks). 
.....at least the guys at IBM had a sense of humor about their ridiculously
stringent manufacturing procedures.
Every once in a while id have to break out the "official IBM certified
hammer".

The best way to fix one of those is by using a large rubber mallet.
