[olug] TTY problem

Got an issue that has us stumped.
 
Converted a XEN VM to an XEN Server VM.  Now, my TTY does not work.  I can SSH into the box and work BUT not from the command line.  I get no login prompt.  I look in the /var/log/messages and see "agetty[pid]: /dev/xvc0: No such file or directory".
 
Any ideas??
