If you're looking for ease of use, I have to agree on OpenFiler.  It's
very slick, very easy to use, and works quite well.  It's actually
based on rPath[0] Linux, not Debian, though.

[0] rPath was founded by some former Red Hat guys and is specifically
targeted towards appliance-style releases.
