I would say not OpenCD; that's been defunct for almost a year now. By
Oct 31, for well over a year. OpenDisc, however, sounds great.

Since these are primarily children that would be in school at one age
or another, I'd go for Edubuntu; OpenDisc sounds like the kind of
thing I might burn for their parents.

DISCLAIMER: I have not researched much into any of the above distros.
