A Cisco catalyst WS-C2960-8TC-L ought to do what you need.  It's an 
8-port 10/100 with a 10/100/1000 uplink.  It's a bit higher in price 
that what you are looking for though ($504.99, newegg 
part#N82E16833120118 ).  They make two other switches in the same form 
factor that do PoE and gig but they are more expensive.
