I have been with http://www.bluehost.com for almost  2 1/2 years now.  
No problems with them on my end, Red Hat Enterprise / CentOS servers, 
ssh access, full c-panel, now with unlimited quota's on almost 
everything.  The service has been great and the owner is very down-earth 
/ cool http://www.mattheaton.com is where he blogs at.
