I use host gator's reseller account with 4 9's so far and I'm pretty happy.
You can have shell access if you ask for it which is a plus.

I have been looking at doing Slicehost now that they have been acquired by
RackSpace.  Possibly even put on webmin/virtualmin to manage my hosting if I
felt lazy. :)
