I've never noticed any downtime or performance problems.

They support 30 different content management systems (I'm a Mediawiki  
addict). Their cpanel interface is chok full of goodies that "just  
work". MailMan lists, SpamAssassin, etc. all included.

As low as $4/month.  :)
